Asian Transmission Corporation (ATC) is a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC), one of the leading automotive manufacturers in Japan.

ATC manufactures component parts and transmission assembly of world-renowned Mitsubishi vehicles such as the next generation L300 utility vehicle, the light pick-up truck Strada (Triton), the popular midsize sport utility vehicle Montero Sport, and component parts for the perennial rally winning Lancer Evolution

Since the time they rolled off the street, highway or country roads, Mitsubishi vehicles throughout the world have gained wide public acclaim because of their high quality and innovative engineering. We in ATC are committed to unite all our efforts to meet and uphold the Mitsubishi Standard of Excellence.

To date, ATC provides employment to more than 500 highly trained and deeply motivated technical and administrative personnel.   • Our products/services conform to the highest quality standard of our customers.
  • Our services conform to safety regulations prescribed by the Philippine government or as prescribed in the country or region of destination of our products.
  • Per company policy, hiring of employees, tenure of employment, nature of work, etc. are within the bounds of the Labor Code of the Philippines.
  • All employees are paid in accordance with the Minimum Wage Orders of the Philippines. The working time, overtime pay, holiday pays including other benefits are paid in accordance with law or CBA whichever is higher. Also, granted Livelihood Loan to its employees to start their small businesses.
  • We have a Safety Officer to oversee that occupational safety standards are enforced in the company to avoid accidents. Also, we have company doctor and nurses to oversee the health and wellness of our employees.
 
  • Follow strictly ISO 14001 requirement, rules & regulations. ATC is an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified company.
  • Observe environmental laws and regulations in disposal of waste products, oil, and other chemical substance.
  • Full operation of waste-water treatment facilities in order to contribute in the abatement of pollution in Laguna Lake - the second largest fresh water reserve in Asia.
  • Manage safety aspect of chemical substance to avoid environmental pollution.
  • Continue Tree-Planting activities. Planting of different kinds of fruit bearing and fast growing trees to create an orchard that will provide fresh air for employees and visitors. Currently, some 1,000 trees and shrubs have been planted in the company premises.
  • Strict compliance with laws & regulations.
  • Transparency and fair relations with political agencies should be exercised through legal ways & activities.
  • Business entertainment, gift giving, soliciting, and monetary offers, are prohibited if such acts are aimed to obtain undue profit or preferential treatment.
  • Follow the proper delivery (including export) procedures and control with regard to delivery, including export transactions of the company.
  • Protect intellectual property rights owned by and vested to the company, and make sure intellectual properties of 3rd parties are legally obtained, and used in accordance with law. For ATC's parts localization program, it has developed network of domestic companies in the Laguna & Metro Manila areas.
  • Payment of government dues, taxes, etc should be made on time.
