At ASIAN TRANSMISSION CORPORATION, we are thrilled to share the highlights of our dynamic training initiatives, meticulously designed to equip the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in the role.
These initiatives include a mix of both internal and external training sessions that aim to boost the professional growth of all our employees. Plus, we offer hands-on opportunities through OJT (On-the-Job Training), where students can gain real-world experience and jumpstart their career. In fact, 39 OJTs have already completed their training and are now taking their next big steps in the industry.
Inspired by the things they’ve learned, some of our former OJTs were so motivated to join our team that they applied for full-time roles, just like Mr. Kristan Emmanuel Medalla, our IT Assistant, who is now a proud member of our full-fledged workforce.
Aside from OJT, we’ve also welcomed 22 groups of Plant Tour Visits from different schools all over the Philippines. These are the following schools that got a firsthand look at our operations:

11. University of Nueva Caceres, Naga Camarines Sur
